By means of a quantitative and qualitative analysis we map the purchasing situation and the degree of professionalism of the purchasing function within your organization. The quantitative analysis (also: spend analysis) is performed on the basis of the purchase figures (invoices). The qualitative analysis consists of interviews (through our own model or MSU +) with key figures from your organization. Based on the outcome of the analyzes, we provide concrete recommendations that enable you to realize direct - structural - savings. If desired, we will also make these savings concrete together with you. Especially for housing corporations we have developed a user-friendly Excel model based on the Aedes layout.

Guiding and executing (European) tenders is no sinecure. We have supervised 30+ tenders from Procurement Target; we are therefore rightfully a specialist. We do not only look at compliance, but also at the effectiveness of a tender. The basis for a successful tender is knowledge, experience and a structured approach. Socially Responsible Procurement means that, in addition to price and quality, you also pay attention to the effects of purchasing on the environment and social aspects. Mat Wijlaars of Procurement Target has gained a lot of experience with MVI over the years and has recently successfully completed the NEVI Circular Procurement expert training. PurchasingTarget also undertakes sustainable itself, our office has been running entirely on solar energy since 2014 and the travel kilometers to our customers are more than 90% sustainable (public transport, bicycle and hybrid car).
