InkoopTarget is an independent purchasing consultancy firm that was founded in 2005 by Mat Wijlaars. We are real purchasing professionals, who are reliable and flexible and where the customer and the result are always central. In addition to purchasing, Best Value and Bid management are other specialties.

Always with the times

The developments within the procurement profession are going very fast, which is why we are always 'on the ball'. Sharing knowledge and following specific training courses and training courses is part of our DNA. CSR

InkoopTarget, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is of paramount importance. For example, our office has been running entirely on solar energy since 2014 and transport to our customers is more than 90% sustainable on average (public transport, bicycle and hybrid car). Finally, we actively support our customers with Socially Responsible Procurement.

Mat Wijlaars

Director / Purchasing and Best Value consultant

As an experienced purchasing and Best Value consultant, Mat explains his soul and enthusiasm in every assignment he works on. In addition to a thorough procurement program, Mat also successfully completed NIMA A and B, Prince II and the Procurement Law course at the VU University in Amsterdam. In 2015 he obtained his A + Best Value certificate in Phoenix (USA). He has successfully completed over 23 years of purchasing experience and more than 200 procurement projects (including 30 EU tenders). In 2005 he set up his own procurement consultancy InkoopTarget.
